Programs Through Pathways Aligned for Optimal Health

Our Four Core Pathways ...

Metabolic & Hormonal Health
Supporting the interconnected systems that influence metabolism, hormones, body composition, energy, nutrition, and overall physiological health.

Cognitive Enhancement
Focused on understanding, protecting, and improving the way the brain functions—from attention, memory, processing, and executive function to cognitive performance and long-term brain health.

Immune Recovery
Designed for individuals navigating complex immune challenges, including post-viral illness, persistent effects following infection, biotoxin and environmental exposures, and other conditions that may disrupt normal immune function and recovery.

Cellular Health & Resilience
Focused on the foundations of cellular function, energy production, repair, recovery, and the body's capacity to adapt to the physiological demands of life and aging.

Your Health ~ Your Pathway

Grounded in the principles of Functional Medicine and supported by evidence-informed integrative therapies,
our approach recognizes that there may be many pathways toward better health.

At the Center for Intentional Health, we organize our care around four core clinical pathways. These pathways provide structure
without creating silos. Because health concerns rarely belong to only one body system, care may begin within one pathway
while drawing from others as your needs, goals, and health evolve.

Our Pathways are not separate programs...
They are the framework through which we personalize your care.

Clients enrolled in an Annual Retainer plan, have access to our complete Pathways approach, allowing care to move across Metabolic & Hormonal Health, Cognitive Enhancement, Immune Recovery, and Cellular Health & Resilience as individual needs change and progess is made.

Within these pathways, specialized clinical programs have evolved in response to the particular needs and goals of our clients, providing a more focused approach when appropriate. Some programs may be accessed independently by our fee-for-service clients, while our
Annual Retainer clients have the advantage of integrating appropriate programs and services into a broader, coordinated plan of care.

Specialized Programs Within Our Pathways

Within these four pathways are focused clinical programs developed around particular health needs and goals. Rather than approaching each concern as an isolated problem, these programs allow us to bring together appropriate evaluation, testing, education, therapies, and ongoing clinical guidance within a more coordinated approach.

Many of these programs have evolved in response to the particular needs and goals of our clients, providing a more focused approach when appropriate.

Clients enrolled in an Annual Retainer program have access to our complete Pathways approach, allowing care to move across Metabolic & Hormonal Health, Cognitive Enhancement, Immune Recovery, and Cellular Health & Resilience as individual needs change and progress is made.

Our Fee-for-Service clients may elect to participate in specialized programs individually, while Annual Retainer clients have the advantage of integrating appropriate programs and services across multiple pathways as part of their broader, coordinated care.

Protect Your Intellectual Property™
within Cognitive Enhancement Pathway
Our comprehensive brain-health program for individuals who want to better understand,

protect, recover, or enhance cognitive function. Depending upon individual needs, care
may incorporate objective brain and functional assessments alongside neurofeedback
and other evidence-informed neuro-cognitive and integrative therapies.

Advanced Clinical Peptide Therapy™
within Cellular Health & Resilience Pathway
A medically guided program incorporating peptide therapy when clinically

appropriate as one component of a broader plan for cellular health, tissue support,
metabolic function, physical performance, and healthy aging. Treatment is
individualized rather than based on a predetermined peptide protocol.
Rather than routinely stacking multiple peptides, our approach emphasizes
thoughtful sequencing and individualized selection, allowing therapies to be
introduced with intention and response to be more clearly evaluated over time.

Rooted Transformations™
within Metabolic & Endocrine Pathway
An individualized approach to metabolic and hormonal health that looks beyond

weight or a single laboratory value to consider nutrition, body composition, metabolic
function, hormonal influences, lifestyle, and the other factors that may be affecting
how one feels and functions.

Adaptive Immune Resilience™
within Immune Recovery Pathway
A coordinated approach for individuals experiencing complex or prolonged health

challenges following infection, post-viral illness, biotoxin exposure, or other immune
challenges. The program focuses on identifying factors that may interfere with healing
while supporting immune regulation, physiologic repair, and greater functional stability over time.

Please note: Certain assessments, treatments, therapies, products, and services—including WAVi brain assessments, counseling, HeartMath, vagus therapies, IV infusion therapies, functional laboratory testing, clinical peptide therapies, injectables, supplements, and others—may be recommended based on individual needs and are available at an additional cost.

Ways We Work Together

How you choose to pursue your health is personal.
How we support that choice is intentional.

At The Center for Intentional Health, partnership is active. Meaningful change requires more than an occasional appointment or a plan that remains unchanged for months at a time. We work with our clients consistently enough to understand patterns, introduce thoughtful interventions, evaluate response, and adjust the plan as physiology and goals evolve.

That commitment works both ways. We bring clinical guidance, thoughtful evaluation, and the time and resources of our team. We ask our clients to bring their participation, follow-through, and commitment to the goals we establish together.

The result is not a selection from a list of services. It is a clinically guided partnership where recommendations are thoughtfully selected and sequenced, informed by research, clinical experience, and what we learn about you along the way.

Comprehensive Health

For those ready to take a more proactive approach to their health.

Comprehensive Health gives us the time and continuity to understand the bigger picture, follow how your health responds, and adjust the plan as you progress. Rather than addressing concerns one at a time, we can work across systems, priorities, and goals—with recommendations thoughtfully selected and sequenced along the way.

Specialized Programs

When your primary health concern is largely centered within one Core Pathway, a more focused approach may be the right place to begin.

Our Specialized Programs concentrate assessment, clinical guidance, and selected interventions around that area. When concerns extend across two or more pathways, the Comprehensive Health approach may provide the broader perspective and continuity needed to understand how those systems are influencing one another.

For example, concerns primarily related to weight or metabolism may lend themselves to a focused approach. When metabolic changes occur alongside gut dysbiosis, hormonal disruption, inflammation, or cognitive changes, the connections between those systems become an important part of understanding the bigger picture.

Personalized Consultation

Sometimes clarity is the most important place to begin—or to return to when something changes.

An Individual Consultation provides dedicated time to explore your concerns, health history, existing findings, and the questions that brought you to us. We look beyond the immediate issue to consider what may be influencing it and where further attention may be worthwhile.

Once established with our practice, the door remains open. You may return when a new concern arises, when your health changes, when you have new information you would like help understanding, or simply when another thoughtful clinical perspective would be helpful.

You also remain connected to the Center. Established clients may obtain recommended supplements through our office, attend our
Positive Encounters' seminars and guest-speaker events at no cost, access our lending library, receive our newsletters with updates and contributions from our team and Patient Advisory Council, and be included in select educational and special events throughout the year.

There is no expectation that an initial consultation must lead to a program.
You are welcome to stay connected ~ and to return when the time or need is right for you.
