Clinical Cognitive Enhancement Program

The brain retains the ability to adapt and reorganize throughout life — a capacity known as neuroplasticity. While changes in memory, focus, mood, or stress tolerance can occur with age, illness, or prolonged stress, many aspects of cognitive function remain responsive to targeted, systems-based support.

Our Cognitive Enhancement Program is designed to help individuals better understand and support brain function by addressing the metabolic, neurological, hormonal, and lifestyle factors that influence cognition and resilience.

A Systems-Based Approach to Brain Health

Cognitive performance does not exist in isolation. Brain function is closely linked to blood sugar regulation, inflammation, sleep quality, stress physiology, hormonal signaling, and nervous system balance. Rather than focusing
on symptoms alone, we evaluate how these systems interact and how they may be affecting memory, focus, processing speed, mood, or adaptability.

This program may be helpful for those experiencing:

~ Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
~ Memory or processing concerns ~ Mood changes, anxiety, or emotional reactivity ~ Sleep disruption or reduced stress tolerance ~ Cognitive changes following illness, injury, or chronic stress ~ High cognitive or professional demands

Clinical Expertise & Assessment

Care is guided by advanced training in neuroscience and brain health, with education from respected institutions and certification in brain-based assessment and support. When appropriate, objective tools such as brain-based assessments and physiological measurements are used to better understand patterns of brain activity, reaction time, and cognitive processing.

This allows us to move beyond guesswork and tailor recommendations to how your brain is functioning — not just how it feels.

Getting Started

Enrollment begins with a Clinical Strategy Consultation, allowing us to review your concerns and determine whether the Cognitive Enhancement Program is appropriate and how it may integrate with other areas of care.

Cognitive & Behavioral Performance Therapies

HeartMath is an applied neuroscience and biofeedback-based approach that helps individuals improve nervous system regulation, stress resilience, emotional balance, and cognitive performance through heart-brain coherence training.
Using breathing patterns, real-time feedback, and autonomic regulation techniques, HeartMath helps support improved focus, adaptability, recovery, and physiologic resilience during periods of stress and overstimulation.

Neurolinguistic Programming

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a communication and behavioral framework that explores how thoughts, language, emotional patterns, and learned behaviors influence perception, performance, habits, and personal experience. NLP techniques are often used to help improve mindset, stress responses, communication patterns, confidence, emotional regulation, and goal-oriented behavioral change by reframing unhelpful cognitive and language patterns.

Guided Imagery

Guided imagery and visualization are mind-body techniques that use focused mental imagery, sensory awareness, and intentional thought patterns to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and support physiologic relaxation and recovery. These approaches are commonly used to support resilience, performance, healing, sleep, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation by engaging the brain’s ability to influence emotional and physiologic responses through directed mental focus.

WAVi Brain Mapping and qEEG scanning are noninvasive neuroscience-based assessments designed to evaluate brainwave activity, cognitive processing, attention patterns, nervous system regulation, and overall brain performance.

These technologies help provide objective insight into areas such as cognitive efficiency, stress response patterns, neurophysiologic balance, processing speed, and potential dysregulation associated with stress, overload, inflammation, concussion history, sleep disturbance, or cognitive decline.

The information gathered may help guide personalized therapeutic strategies, cognitive optimization programs, neurofeedback training, and integrative brain health interventions aimed at improving resilience, focus, emotional regulation, recovery, and overall neurologic performance.

Neurolfeedback

Dynamic Neurofeedback is a noninvasive neuroscience-based training approach designed to support improved brain regulation, nervous system balance, cognitive performance, stress resilience, and recovery capacity.

Using real-time monitoring of brainwave activity, the brain receives gentle feedback that allows it to recognize and improve its own self-regulation patterns. This process may support individuals recovering from chronic illness, stress-related conditions, anxiety, cognitive overload, unhealthy behavioral patterns, and nervous system dysregulation while helping reinforce healthier lifestyle adaptation, emotional resilience, cognitive function, and long-term neurocognitive wellness.

Vielight

Vielight therapy is a noninvasive photobiomodulation (PBM) approach that uses specific wavelengths of near-infrared light designed to support cellular energy production, neurologic function, circulation, recovery, and overall brain and nervous system wellness.

Photobiomodulation is being increasingly researched in areas involving cognitive performance, brain recovery, neuroinflammation, sports performance, concussion support, and neurologic rehabilitation due to its potential role in supporting mitochondrial function, healthy microglial regulation, circulation, cellular signaling, and neurophysiologic resilience.

Within our cognitive and neuroscience programs, Vielight may help support mental clarity, focus, processing efficiency, stress resilience, sleep quality, recovery capacity, and long-term neurocognitive wellness. It is also an important component of our “Protect Your Intellectual Property” program, which focuses on helping individuals optimize and preserve cognitive performance, resilience, and brain health during periods of high demand, stress, aging, or recovery.

Applied Neuroscience Therapeutic Interventions

RightEye Dynamic Vision Assessment is a neuroscience-based visual performance and eye-tracking assessment designed to evaluate visual processing, eye movement coordination, reaction timing, attention, and brain-eye communication.

This technology may help identify visual and neurocognitive patterns associated with concussion history, cognitive fatigue, attention difficulties, reading strain, balance concerns, and overall cognitive performance as part of a comprehensive brain health and optimization program.

Right Eye

Cognitive testing instruments are used to help establish objective baseline measurements of memory, attention, executive function, processing speed, language, mood, and overall cognitive performance while tracking response to therapeutic interventions over time.

Common assessments may include:

  • Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)

  • Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)

  • PHQ-9 Depression Screening

  • GAD-7 Anxiety Screening

  • Stress and Cognitive Fatigue Inventories

  • Quality of Life (QOL) Assessments

  • Cognitive fatigue and stress inventories

  • Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales (CAARS)

  • Executive functioning and attention assessments

These tools help provide measurable data to monitor cognitive resilience, emotional health, functional improvement, treatment response, and overall progress throughout integrative neuroscience and cognitive wellness programs.
